Bring the business. We bring the build.

If you understand a market and cannot build for it, that is the gap we exist to fill. We provide the technology and the operating capability, and in a small number of cases the capital as well.

The exchange

Equity or revenue share, agreed per company.

There is no standard term sheet, and we would be wary of anyone offering one for this. What we take depends on what you bring, what we put in and where the risk actually sits.

Most arrangements land on equity. Some are structured as a share of revenue. Where capital is involved the shape changes again.

What does not change is that we hold a position in the outcome. If the company does not work, neither did our return.

How it starts
  1. 01 You tell us what the business is and what is missing.
  2. 02 We decide whether we are genuinely the right group for it.
  3. 03 A short paid engagement, so both sides see how the other works.
  4. 04 Terms agreed, and we commit properly.
Fit
Worth a conversation
  • You understand the market better than we do.
  • The product genuinely has to be built rather than bought.
  • Payments, telecoms or infrastructure sits in the critical path.
  • You want a partner holding risk with you, not a supplier.
Probably not
  • You want a quote against a fixed scope. That is agency work, and Sitepact does it well.
  • The idea is the entire contribution and somebody else carries the rest.
  • You want the software built, then handed over, at no cost.
  • It only works if nobody else ever attempts the same thing.
